Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

• Cancellation requests made after the order has been processed or shipped will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations or approved cases.

• Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Product damage due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer

• Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances
